We slice your model before printing. If there is a hole in the mesh or a wall too thin to survive, you hear about it the same day.
If a print lifts, splits or comes out rough, it is reprinted at our cost. You should never receive something we would not accept ourselves.

If you are comparing bureaus, these are the numbers worth comparing on. All of them are what we actually run, not a best case.
Often, yes. Send photographs with a ruler or caliper in shot and the measurements you can take, and we will quote to model it and print it. Simple brackets and clips are usually straightforward. Anything with curved organic shapes or internal threads takes longer and costs more, and we will say so before you commit.
Plan for about ±0.3 mm on any given dimension. That is fine for brackets, housings, spacers and most replacement fittings. It is not fine for a bearing seat or a part that has to slide inside a machined bore. If your drawing has tolerances tighter than that, machining is the honest answer and we will tell you so.
If the print failed — warping, split layers, a rough face — we reprint it and you pay nothing extra. If the model itself was wrong, we will show you what the slicer saw and quote for the corrected version. We check every file before it goes on a machine specifically so this conversation is rare.
Yes. Batches of up to fifty are routine, and repeat runs of a part we have printed before are quicker and cheaper because the file is already set up. Email rather than using the quote tool if you want to talk through a run or a schedule.
Most parts that fail were designed to fail. These cover the decisions that decide whether a printed part survives its job.
If your job is straightforward, use the quote tool and skip us entirely. If it is not — no file, odd geometry, a deadline, a batch — a two-line email saves everyone a wasted print.
Any of the three is enough to start. You will get a price and a realistic date back, usually the same working day, from the person who will run the job.
