Which one you want

Three ways to reach us, and they are genuinely for different situations:

You have a file

Skip us. The quote tool prices your STL on screen and takes the order. It is open at three in the morning and it does not need an account.

It is easier to explain

Something has broken, you are not sure it can be printed, or you need it by a date. Two minutes on the phone beats four emails.

07580 027866

Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm. Voicemail outside that gets a call back the next working morning.

There is something to attach

Photographs, a drawing, a spreadsheet of quantities, a file in a format the tool will not read. Email handles all of it.

What to put in the message

You do not need a specification. But the more of this we have, the closer the first reply gets to a firm price rather than a list of questions:

When you will hear back

Email inside working hours usually gets a reply the same day, and always within one working day. There is no ticket system, no reference number and no first-line support: the reply comes from whoever is going to run the job. If we cannot help, that reply says so plainly instead of quietly going quiet.

When someone answers

Monday – Friday9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday – SundayClosed — email and the quote tool still work

When the machines run

More or less continuously, including overnight. That gap between our hours and the printers' hours is the whole reason a 2–3 working day turnaround is realistic. An order placed at midnight is often on a bed before anyone reads the email.

Coming to us

We are in Mildenhall, west Suffolk. Collection is free and often quicker than the post — choose it in the quote tool and we will message you when the part is boxed. If you would rather bring the broken original and talk it through in person, ring first so someone is definitely in.

Things worth reading before you write

Several of the questions we get most often are answered at length elsewhere on the site:
