1. About us
3D Print My Parts is a trading name of 3D Guru, a 3D printing service based in Mildenhall, Suffolk, United Kingdom, operated by Joshua Hogden. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean 3D Print My Parts. References to "you" and "your" mean the customer placing an order.
2. Placing an order
An order is placed when you complete payment via the quote tool, or confirm acceptance of a formal invoice. We reserve the right to decline any order — for example, if we determine that the quoted price was materially incorrect, if we cannot print the part to an acceptable standard, or if the application is unsuitable.
Before printing begins, we will confirm the final price. If the final price differs from the instant quote, we will notify you and printing will not begin until you have accepted the revised price.
3. Pricing
Prices shown in the instant quote tool are estimates based on file geometry and may vary slightly for complex parts. A £5 order handling fee applies to every order. Delivery charges are as shown in the quote tool at the time of ordering.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We are not currently VAT registered; prices shown are the full price payable.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted via card through our Square payment integration, or by bank transfer on invoice for pre-arranged batch orders. Payment is required before printing begins for card orders. For invoice orders, printing begins on receipt of cleared payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Turnaround and delivery
Quoted turnaround times (typically 2–3 working days) are estimates and not guarantees. We will notify you if your order is expected to take significantly longer than quoted. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Delivery is by Royal Mail tracked services. Once handed to Royal Mail, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the situation.
6. Returns and refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If a part is defective or materially different from what was agreed, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will reprint or refund as appropriate.
We do not accept returns for parts that are correct to the specification you provided but turn out not to fit or work as you expected — this is why we recommend test prints before batch orders. Dimensional accuracy is typically ±0.3 mm; if tighter tolerance is required, this must be agreed before printing begins.
If you change your mind before printing has begun, we will provide a full refund. If printing has already begun, we cannot offer a refund.
7. Intellectual property
By submitting a file to us, you confirm that you own or have the right to print the design. We do not print files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We will not reproduce, share or use your files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of any part we print. Parts printed in PETG are not certified for safety-critical, structural, medical or food-contact applications.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time your order is placed is the version that applies to your order.
