We design and sell our own range of parts alongside customer work. That is not a side project — it is why we can answer design questions properly. Every problem people bring us, we have already had ourselves: a clip that has to flex a thousand times without fatiguing, a bracket that has to hold weight off a plasterboard wall, a fitting that lives on a dashboard through a heatwave, a mount that has to line up with holes somebody else drilled.

Every part shown here was designed and printed by us in our own workshop. Same printers, same PETG, same checks on every custom order that comes through this site.

Parts that live in vehicles

Cup holders, phone mounts, trays, ducts and visor fittings, each drawn for a specific make and model. Vehicle interiors are the hardest ordinary environment we print for: hot in summer, constantly vibrating, and every dimension has to match a moulding somebody else designed. PETG copes; PLA sags by August.

Parts that carry load

Wall mounts for batteries, network gear, tools and bins. The design question here is never "how much infill" — it is which way up the part prints, where the fillets go, and whether the fixing holes are far enough from an edge. Get those right and a printed bracket will outlast the screws holding it.

Clips, catches, handles and covers for equipment whose manufacturer stopped supplying spares. These are usually redesigned rather than copied: the original often broke because it was moulded too thin in one place, and there is no reason to reproduce that.

Most of what comes off our machines is somebody else's confidential work, so it never appears on a website. If you want a sense of whether we have done something like your job before, describe it in an email and we will tell you honestly — including if the answer is no.
